Terms and Conditions for Tacit Scribes Free Trial

Welcome to the Tacit Scribes Free Trial program! We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to experience the benefits of our all-inclusive virtual scribing services.
Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Free Trial. By signing up for the Free Trial, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility:

This Free Trial is available to qualified healthcare providers in the United States.
Nextech Users: Eligible for a free 1-week trial.
Non-Nextech Users: Eligible for a free 1-month trial, limited to the first practice per Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system on a first-come, first-served basis.
In order to sign up for Free Trial, you will have to sign a Client Services Agreement with a free trial addendum.

2. Trial Period:

Nextech Users: The Free Trial will last for one (1) week.
Non-Nextech Users: The Free Trial will last for one (1) month.

3. Data Security:

You will be required to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before the start of the Free Trial, to ensure compliance with all applicable data privacy regulations, including HIPAA.

4. Limitations:

Tacit Scribes reserves the right to limit or terminate your Free Trial at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

5. Conversion to Paid Service:

At the end of the Free Trial period, the services will convert to regular paid services unless you indicate that you would like not to continue.

6. Cancellation:

You may cancel your Free Trial at any time by contacting Tacit Scribes support.

7. Disclaimer:

Tacit Scribes makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Free Trial or the services provided.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States of America.
