Our Pricing Model
We charge $15 per hour for our remote scribe services. All in. That’s it.
We require a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, but there is no long-term contract. You can cancel our services at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Additionally, we provide all necessary documentation and logs so that you can easily track your expenses. Finally, we can provide a phone line for outgoing and incoming calls so that our scribes can handle patient-related matters as directed by the doctor.

Yes, we provide all the necessary software including antivirus software for your scribe’s computer to ensure your safety and security. Our security protocols page provides more information on the measures we have in place to protect your data from cyberattacks and unauthorized access.
We offer multiple communication options to best fit your needs. You can communicate with your scribe through a VOIP app or a telephone line that we provide. We are also in talks to develop a proprietary app that will provide another way for you to communicate with your scribe. Whatever option you choose, we ensure that communication will be seamless and convenient for you.
When you take days off or go on vacation, your scribe will take time off with you, and you won’t be charged during that time. However, if you have any tasks that you would like your scribe to help you with, such as insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, chart prepping, or research reviews, they are happy to assist you during that time.
